If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you how to easily raise a return/exchange request 


      • You have 2 days/48 hours to return any item from the date you have received it.
      • Product should not be used
      • Your item must be in the original packaging.
      • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be either damaged* or any size** issue and should be in the same condition as received.

Process of Return

Step1: Once you are sure you want to return the product immediately send us an email at with your order number and product details with reason for returning the product(s).Also attach photograph if product(s) is damaged. Please note all request to be raised within 2 days/48 hours of product delivering.

Step2: Our customer care team will revert on your Return request email within 24 hours. You will be requested to self-ship the product to our Head Office.

Step3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely to prevent any further loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to customer at their expense.

Step4: Notify us via email about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. This way we will be able to track your shipment and process it faster.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will then notify you by email about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 24-48 hours after deducting shipping charges.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/payment issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
